Services offered
at the Center for Multicultural Mediation
Mediation
Mediation often offers an alternative to expensive court decisions. It fosters good faith between both parties and allows for timely resolution.
Facilitation
We believe in the value of community partnerships. To get there, we help facilitate conversations between community members and businesses.
African Youth Diversion
The African Youth Diversion Program provides an individualized response to youth experiencing conflicts, disputes, misunderstandings, or who are engaging in risky behaviors.
Training and Education
We provide culturally aware dispute resolution education and training to members of the community who work with our African community members.
Conflict comes in many forms and the paths toward resolution should meet those needs accordingly.
